Whether it’s teaware or you’re looking for the perfect tea, please contact us at happy@bonnergrove.com if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We promise to do everything we can to make it right. 



Cancellations


We do not accept cancellations without cause as processing begins immediately after your order is placed.  If an item you ordered is out of stock, a cancellation may be accepted within 24 hours of stock notification.  If you no longer wish to receive the items you ordered, please follow our return policy below.


Returning Teaware that’s Unused/Unwashed/Unopened 


We accept all teaware items that are unused/unwashed/unopened in original condition with tags and in the original wrapping. We can accept returns within 15 days after your delivery date. Our return process is simple. 


Step 1: Email us at happy@bonnergrove.com requesting your return. Include your name, order number, unopened / unused teaware item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. 


Step 2: Once your return’s approved, we’ll email you the shipping label. Since we work with local artisans who spend many hours creating each product, please package with great care. 


Step 3: Once we’ve received your returned package, we’ll offer you store credit. 


Returning Tea


We cannot accept returns on tea because tea is a food grade product. But, we’re committed to sourcing only the best tea made in the U.S. Since our tea is an agricultural product, you may experience some seasonal variance which may affect the taste. If the issue is preference or personal taste, please let us know. We will do whatever we can to make it right for you.
