Shipping policy

Our shipping procedures are to make sure you receive your product fast and easy. 

 

As of March 2022, we only ship to states within the U.S.

 

Our regular turnaround time for processing ready-to-ship items is typically 3-5 business days.  Made-to-order items may take up to 10 business days to ship out.  Business days are Tuesday-Saturday not including federal holidays. The processing time does not include time in transit. We will doeverything in our power to get items out of our shop and into the hands of the delivery service provider as quickly as possible, but we do not ultimately have control over transit time.


Orders over $50 ship free by the least expensive method available.


If items are needed within a specific window, please contact us at happy@bonnergrove.com prior to submitting your order to ensure that we are able to accommodate your request. 


When applicable, items made and/or stored off-site as noted in the product description will ship from off-site separately from the rest of your order.  You will receive an email relaying this information after your order confirmation if it is applicable.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


What do I do if my package wasn’t delivered?


If you have not received your order within 4 - 6 business days in the US, we recommend waiting two more days (1 week international) as tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via the shipping company. Bonner Grove Teapothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If an address is incorrectly entered at the checkout by the customer, Bonner Grove Teapothecary is not responsible for resending the order. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package. If the package is returned to Bonner Grove Teapothecary by the carrier, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship.


Damaged/Defective Items


We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.  We highly suggest priority mail service, as items will be insured through USPS.  If items arrive damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim on the USPS website.  We are no longer able to file claims on customers' behalf.


If you believe an item was damaged or otherwise defective prior to leaving our fulfillment center, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at happy@bonnergrove.com.  If the item did not meet our quality control standards, we are happy to replace the item if it is still in stock or issue store credit if the item is sold out.  If we determine that the damage occurred in the shipment, we will help you through the process of filing a shipping claim and supply you with the link to reorder the item if applicable.


Lost and Stolen Packages


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS.  If USPS confirms delivery to your address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund of your items.



Incorrect Address


If the buyer enters the incorrect address at checkout and items are returned to us or lost as a result, we are not responsible for replacing the order, refunding the order, or paying for the postage to reship the order to the correct address. 


Updates


We reserve the right to make periodic updates to our Return Policy & Shipping Information.  We suggest users regularly check this page for any updates. Using our site indicates acceptance of any potential updates.
